Decide in the open
Trade-offs get written down instead of hidden. If something was cut from a build, the case study says so — and says why.

Ship the smallest honest version
A live product with four real features beats a roadmap with twenty. Scope is a design decision, not a compromise.

Measure before claiming
Load time, question counts, duplicate rates, cost per month. If a claim cannot be measured, it is an opinion, not an outcome.
